Terrie Patterson - Office Manager
This place wouldn't run without Terrie! She has a heart for serving others and can point you in the right direction for whatever you need. Terrie also sponsors a weekly Sit & Sew with other women and assists the preschool now and then as well. One of her favorite projects in the Christmas Store.
Jessica Grose - Children's Director
Jessica has been faithfully serving in the Children's ministry since the church was meeting at Wentzville Middle School. She has a passion for teaching children about Jesus and discipleship. Jessica and her husband, Tyler, have 4 children: Kyla, Savanna, Isaiah and Lindsey. She enjoys photography and camping with her family.
Morgan Pallardy - Apple Tree Academy
Morgan and her family decided to continue the legacy of Apple Tree Academy by opening Little Seedlings Academy in 2024! She has a passion for educating young children to prepare them for their academic career. Additionally, she believes that a strong foundation in Christ is important to creating well rounded children and families. When she is not at the school, she is keeping busy with her own family of five on their mini farm with their 24 animals!
Gary Gann - Senior Pastor
Pastor Gary has been leading our Big Creek Campus since 2017. He and his wife, Stacy, have two children: Emily and Warren. One of Gary’s pastimes is playing guitar, and if you were to hear him playing and singing, you would likely hear his country roots. Two more things...he can smoke various meats, so eat the ribs, but don't play Catan with him. Yeah, he’s that good.
Alex Burr - Worship Leader
We are so excited to welcome Alex Burr to our Big Creek Staff. Alex has been working with the worship team for several years and has a lot to offer in his new position. He's a multi-talented guy!
Nate Wilson - Youth Pastor
Nate volunteered for seven years and became Youth Pastor in 2022. He has a strong passion for working with teenagers, which is why he is a high school math teacher as well. He and his wife, Jessica, have two teenage daughters. While he is a math nerd, Nate also enjoys playing all kinds of sports, but specically volleyball and disc golf.
