Through welcoming relationships, STREAM encourages ALL women to grow in their walk with Jesus, to share their faith, and to serve their church and community.

Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night. That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither — whatever they do prospers. – Psalm 1:1-3 (NIV)

UFO (Un Finished Objects) Wednesdays

There is a group of women who meet at the church to do their creative work on Wednesdays from 2pm to 5pm.  Contact Terrie Patterson at the church office for more details.

Sole Sisters (random dates)

Are you a walker or hiker? Many women are and it’s more fun to do together!  Join this group to receive notifications for walks or hikes, since they’re weather-dependent and often not scheduled very far in advance.

Women's Mentoring

Similarly, teach the older women to live in a way that honors God. They must not slander others or be heavy drinkers. Instead, they should teach others what is good. These older women must train the younger women to love their husbands and their children, to live wisely and be pure, to work in their homes, to do good, and to be submissive to their husbands. Then they will not bring shame on the word of God. – Titus 2:3-5 (NLT)

We have a structured mentoring program in place which began in 2019. The first year of this mentoring journey is designed to help you establish a strong relationship with your mentor or mentee as you dig into understanding God’s truth and love together through His Word. This process can help you with:

  • Developing a daily practice of spending time
  • Connecting with another woman, and studying God’s Word together
  • Engaging with spiritual concepts such as identity, calling, and more
If you are interested in either being mentored or becoming a mentor, please email Jodi about your interest.
